The book has two parts: the first tells about the journey of Frankl in Auschwitz and Dachau longer following section discusses a method of psychotherapy that Frankl developed based on the cover of her, called locotherapy (Locos = nghĩa in Greek) and differences with Freudian psychoanalysis psychoanalysis. Though of course the focus of the book lies in its header believe the second part is also very helpful in reshaping our perspective on human psychology, do not ignore it.
Frankly, I do not fully understand this book, it is so much the essence that a rush your brain now can not be properly appreciated. Yet, with his poor understanding, the book is clearly a different world. Imagine the first time you are looking at the kaleidoscope but then has to give up your right to another view, you put back on line immediately to quickly reviewed, more closely. It’s your mood now, I’m really eager to one day you can understand the book more carefully (you’re ordering a hard copy and then). Man is not just a product of their surroundings.
At first listen, the obvious is not it? Probably everyone agrees that the environment less affecting behavior, thinking human. But do you really believe that there is an “I” something inside her could resist any influence of the surrounding environment? More difficult to believe in the proposition that true? Perhaps the more difficult with the materialist thinkers, scientists. This book will show you that, in those inmates in Auschwitz, skinny skinny, no name, no history, nothing more than a code of prison, still there are people who find a reason for living, have choices that they believe in, despite the harsh environment around.

No, the book says that suffering is a part of your life separate and endurance in itself it contains the meaning of life.
It’s like you’re proud of yourself after a day of hard work so. But also numerous other endurance in life, why, whether we can always find meaning and joy because I’ve been going through that suffering? A chronic illness? The departure of a beloved friend? A big failure? Whether we can find meaning in it all? If you do that, we will live with an attitude like?
Through is so rudimentary. Indeed, in the book there are many other lessons, but two ideas on perhaps impressed you the best.
